FAQ.

How do I go about getting an estimate?

Call David or email and he will get in touch with you to discuss your needs, if it is convenient David will call around at a time to suit you to look at the job.  Every customer and move is different so its important we understand what you  need so we can give you an accurate, no hidden cost estimate.  We do not charge for this service, we do not charge for estimates and you are under no obligation to accept our estimate.

What will happen next?

If you decide to accept the quote please let David know at your convenience, you can call, text or email.  Don't worry if you don't have a date we know these things can take time.

What happens when I get a date?

When your legal team give you a date give David a call to book the date, at this time David will arrange to drop boxes off if you require them.  We do not charge for boxes.

What happens if there is a change of date?

Please don't worry, just get in touch with David when you have updates and we can work with you to arrange a new date.  We do not charge for postponements, we know these things happen.  We are here to take the stress out of moving, not cause you more.

What happens on the day?

David and the team will arrive at a pre arranged time.  They will load the van, leaving the kettle until last so you can have your last cuppa before you go!.  Once you arrive at your new home they will wait for you to arrive with keys and unload.  We do not charge for waiting time if there is a delay with the keys, we know these things happen.

What happens after I have moved?

Once your move is complete and you have unpacked and settled into your new home simply give David a call and he will collect the empty boxes.  This helps us keep waste to a minimum and helps us minimise our impact on the environment.
